About

Madagascar is a movie franchise developed by Dreamworks studios. Totaling 3 feature films, 2 TV shows, and several shorts, Madagascar is a successful comedy series that as created hundreds of thousands passionate fans. The idea for a fourth Madagascar film came for a group of these fans. Upon hearing that Dreamworks was done with the franchise and feeling that the franchise needed a better send off, they decided to make one. Aiming to create a animated fan film with a fulfilling and humorous script, the creators hope to produce a satisfying conclusion to the

beloved franchise complete with all the nostalgia. Madagascar promises to be that film.

WHO WE ARE

We are a group of passionate fans who love the Madagascar franchise and want to see Madagascar 4 happen, thus we decided to make it. Madagascar 4 is a fan project with many people behind it, but these listed here are the six project leaders.

Ghocean

Project inspiration

It was in Ghocean's cozy, Madagascar themed Discord server that idea for Madagascar was born. Starting the conversation with his friends, he inspired the others to start the project. Along with running his unique YouTube channel, Ghocean is key to development of the project.

Community Manager/Writer

KingFredericktheGreatofPrussia, or just Fred for short, provide the original concept for the idea of the film. Together with his peers and with his background in creative writing, he begin the script writing process. Taking it upon himself to expand the community and the reach of the Madagascar 4 fan film, he manages the discord and other aspects of the community as well as being the secondary writer.

Head Writer/VA Caster

The Animationologist is experienced in discussing animated films. With his knowledge of the Madagascar's films and shows and his skill as a writer, The Animationologist was the perfect fit for the head writer position. In addition to this, he is excellent that recognizing quality voice acting making him the lead when it comes to casting. His YouTube channel is all about animated films, complete with smooth edits which will serve the project well.

Also know as Joge, Georgelee is a member of the film crew who gives help where ever it is needed. From aiding in the writing to managing the Discord to just being there, Joge's unique personality is invaluable.

Madagascar 4?

Yes, that's right! In Ghocean's community, the film leaders talked about how they were unsatisfied with the end of Madagascar 3 and wanted another film to wrap the story up and incorporate new elements of the franchise like the All Hail King Julien show.

What is Madagascar 4 anyway?

It is a fanmade project that hopes to produce a fourth Madagascar film. At the moment we are writing the script and have just launched the announcement phase to recruit help and generate excitement for the film.
